How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order through the confirmation email sent. Please make sure when ordering to have your correct email noted.

We currently offer delivery through USPS. Our deliveries typically take between 3 and 5 business days.
How do I return an item?
Due to the possibility of contamination we do not accept returns or exchanges on our cosmetics.

Do you provide International delivery?
We do not currently offer international delivery. At the moment we only deliver in the U.S.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the possibility of contamination we do not accept returns or exchanges on our cosmetics.
If you are to receive any damaged items we ask that you contact us at DesiresDesignLLC@gmail.com. We also ask that you provide pictures of the damaged products within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
